Membership Terms & Details
-Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and will continue month-to-month unless canceled with notice.
-A valid card on file is required. Memberships are auto-billed monthly.
-Monthly payments are converted into service credits that can be used toward treatments and services.
-Credits may be used toward services and skincare products but have no cash value and are non-transferable.
-Credits roll over but must be used within 6–12 months of issuance.
-Membership pricing and perks are exclusive to active members and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
-Complimentary touch-ups (Elite Membership) are limited to up to 10 units per visit and must be used within the recommended follow-up window (2 weeks post treatment).
-The $50 birthday credit is valid during your birthday month only and expires if unused.
-If a payment fails, membership benefits and credit accrual will be paused until payment is updated.
-Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be shared between clients.
-Flawless Esthetics reserves the right to update membership terms or pricing with notice.
